Mattoon, IL – March 2, 2025 – Coles County Speedway is excited to announce the official release of the 2025 Rule Book for the upcoming racing season. This updated edition provides essential guidelines, regulations, and changes designed to ensure safety, fairness, and the overall excitement of racing at one of the region’s premier speedways.
